We aim to continue expanding our pipeline that bridges the generational gap between HBCU alumni, current students, and prospective students. Through our Alumni Building Lasting Engagement initiative, we foster meaningful connections between generations through mentorship, internships, & sponsorship that propel students towards their goals and encourage alumni to remain actively invested in the HBCU community. Through our Amplifying Brilliance in Leaders Through Empowerment initiative, we equip prospective students with the resources & guidance needed for them to develop as leaders, excel throughout their educational journeys, and build pathways toward long-term professional success. Our ABLE Academy curriculum exposes and educates prospective students on the lasting impact of HBCUs.
